Overview

Robopik removes bottles from the blow molder and presents them in-line and upright to downstream deflashing, leak testing and packaging equipment. A servo-driven arm with programmable stroke keeps the take-out synchronized with the machine cycle instead of chasing it.

Tooling is quick-change and cavity layouts are stored as recipes, so a mold change is a menu selection rather than a mechanical rebuild.
